UX/UI DESIGN
As a User Experience Designer, I help people do their jobs better and make their experiences enjoyable - one application at a time. It can be a new interface that makes the buying process easier or a fresh creative design that helps a start-up company stand out in a crowded field.
Through the research, I try to understand peoples' needs and motivations. It means a user-friendly interface where customers find what they are looking for or employees become more efficient at their jobs. It means removing barriers so people can accomplish what they need to and realize their dreams and aspirations.
Concept Creator, UX/UI Designer
App to help people interested in fishing to learn more about fish species in Ontario, inform them about rules and regulations, help find and book accommodation, and share their experiences with other enthusiasts.

The project focused on improving functionality and user experience for customers looking for short or long-term booking of a commercial kitchen. Helping the start-up company to expand its operations and redesign applications.

Internet streaming provider Apple TV+ wanted to understand why certain customers scroll through the content for a very long time before choosing a show and to analyze what barriers encountered by views that prevent them from choosing the show faster, ideally under 5 minutes.
Graphic Design
My love of art and drawing while growing up planted the seeds that led me to become a Graphic Designer. On a practical level, it allows my lifetime of creative experiences to help clients promote their products and services.
But I also get to learn so much about culture and history, about people and businesses, to understand the difference between good ideas and bad execution, and the perils of gambling on a hunch versus investing in research and best practices in the business world.
